Shipping & Returns
 
All merchandises are carefully inspected and left JBikes.net's premises in good condition within 1-2 days once payment has been received and cleared through the bank.  Please allow up to 7 business days for your merchandise(s) to be delivered.  JBikes.net has no control if in the event the item is scheduled to be delayed by the Freight Carrier due to customs of inspection or other circumstances.  A Tracking # will be provided via email.  All merchandises are carefully inspected and left JBikes.net's premises in good condition.  Packages will be delivered without signature required unless otherwise specified and requested by Customer, and a $3.50 Signature Required Fee will be billed to customer.  If package(s) is cancelled or refused by the customer for any circumstances, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs JBikes.net is being billed by the Freight Carrier in the result of return shipment of package(s).  Damaged, lost, or stolen packages once delivered are beyond JBikes.net's responsibility.  Customer is expected to inspect merchandise received from JBikes.net for shortages, wrong item(s), defects or any other discrepancies.  All claims resulted from this inspection must be made within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise(s) via e-mail or will not be honored.  Pictures as proof are mandatory and needed from customer in order to initiate the claim. No exceptions!  Filing a false claim is a Crime!

Damaged Merchandise
JBikes.net is not responsible for damages during the shipping transit and will not offer credits or replacement parts due to minor scratches, dents, or blemishes resulted from shipping transit.  Customer is welcomed to purchase any replacement parts or bicycles associated with the damages.

Warranty

  • Bicycles - Manufacture warranty of 60 Days against frame defects, and 30 Days against component defects.  Such warranties do not cover flat tires, inner tubes, tires, wear & tear, alterations, rust accumulation, broken chain and spokes, physical damage, water damage, and damages resulted from accidents.  Rust can be accumulated and built-up on handlebar and spokes resulted from moisture environments.  Cleaning your bicycle on a weekly basis is our best recommendation.
  • Accessories - Manufacture warranty of 30 Days against manufacture defects (not including wear & tear, fabrications, rust accumulation, physical damage, water damage, and damages resulted from accidents).

Assembly & Tuning
All bikes already came 80% factory pre-assembled.  Minor Assembly is needed such as front wheel, handlebar, seat, pedals, and tuning.  We highly recommend professional assembly and tuning on all bikes.  All bicycle accessories might require professional assembly & fabrication.

Return Policy

  • Unopened/Unassembled Bicycles - Subject to 15% restocking fee plus 2% credit card processing fee.  In addition, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  A total refund less all shipping costs and 17% referenced above will be credited.
  • Opened/Assembled Bicycles - No Return or Exchange.
  • Unopened/Unassembled Accessories - Subject to 2% credit card processing fee.  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  A total refund less all shipping costs and 2% referenced above will be credited.
  • Opened/Assembled Accessories - Subject to 10% restocking fee plus 2% credit card processing fee.  In addition, customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  A total refund less all shipping costs and 12% referenced above will be credited.
  • All returned merchandises must be in its original mint and clean condition and include all original materials.  Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner.  Returns on damaged and scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
  • All merchandise(s) returned for repair, exchange, or credit must be accompanied by a RMA # (Return Authorization Number) and posted legibly on the outside of the returned package and must be shipped to JBikes.net with freight prepaid and insured.  JBikes.net will not pay or refund these freight charges.  JBikes.net will reject any merchandise(s) without a visible RMA # posted or with a postage due.  Customer can obtain the RMA # through Customer Care Department by sending an e-mail to claims@jbikes.net.
  • All Returns specified above must be made within seven (7) days from receiving day.  Absolutely no refunds after seven (7) days.  Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless JBikes.net shipped the wrong item(s).  All returned merchandises will be thoroughly inspected for damages, scratches, and shortages.  If such findings resulted from inspection, a value of the damaged, scratched, and shortaged parts will be deducted in the refund.  All refunds will be issued five (5) days after returned item has been received and thoroughly inspected.
